Die ersten Kritikerorganisationen haben gesprochen und ihre Awards vergeben oder zumindest ihre Favoriten bekannt gegeben und wie erwartet mausert sich Nomadland zu dem Kritikerliebling. Ob der Buzz auch bis zu den Oscars im April 2021 anhalten kann wird sich zeigen, aber abgesehen davon gibt es auch einige faustdicke Überraschungen! Da 5 Bloods performt ausgesprochen gut und Kandidaten wie Promising Young Woman, I´m thinking of Ending Things, First Cow und Sound of Metal bauen massiven Buzz auf, während Prestigeprojekte wie Mank, The Trial of the Chicago 7 und Ammonite bislang weitesgehend unter dem Radar laufen, aber lasst uns mal genauer schauen….
